MicroMenu for Dingux

Vinicius(cabelo) has scripted another interesting tool for ports and emulators that require a lot of RAM. MicroMenu, a front-end to execute heavier ports without the need of Dmenu or Dinguxmb

Quote

To install, just replace the 'main' file on local/sbin. Check if the path and binary files are right (remember that on *nix systems the names are CaSeSeNsItIvE).
To choose, use DPAD and START.

To use other itens on MicroMenu just edit the main and set the right path/bin. You can�t use any port that uses the file selector(like snes9x)

    I just saw the DX has put both the black and white dingoo SKUs on "Sold out temporarily". For DX this normally means it's permanently sold out :( I really hope this isn't the end of the Dingoo.

    I keep both versions(100126 and 100127) since x26 dont use clear, and it helps to find debug/error messages. But for people with 5+ options on the menu x27 works great.

The nice folk at isharegifts gracefully sent me a sample Dingoo A380 for review. Tauon PC-1 review

You should give this a chance. It deserves one. Welcome to the Tauon PC-1. A Tauon is an incredibly  geeky sciency thing , as it happens, and has nothing to do with the  Great Eastern Philosopher . You won't find it for sale anywhere other than on Tauon's website , and on ebay so far as I can see,  and then only if you're a regular visitor of the ebay "vintage computer hardware" category.  It won't even turn up on ebay if you search for the product name: "Tauon PC1"  - you'll just stumble upon it one day, when you're looking for a replacement floppy drive, or a C64.  So, what is it? It's a computer in a dinky little case!
