  2. i was downloading,then suddenly its complete?(94%).

    Cannot open the archive,when i try to re download it i get the following message(even with int explorer fully shut down before that).

    :Your IP address is currently downloading a file.
    Please wait until the downloading process has been complete


    whats this about?
    I never have any probs downloading
